长螺旋弹簧结构的双质量飞轮仿真分析

摘    要:介绍了基于长螺旋弹簧结构的双质量飞轮的基本结构及特点,通过对长螺旋弹簧结构和变形方式的分析,建立了弧形长螺旋弹簧结构双质量飞轮的弹性特性公式,在此基础上建立了系统的虚拟样机模型,进行了仿真分析及对比,充分说明了双质量飞轮的先进性和采用ADAMS线性扭转阻尼器模拟弹簧阻尼系统的可行性。

Abstract:This article presented the basic structure of Dual Mass Flywheel with Long helix spring and its character. Based on the analysis about its structure and deformation, we built the elastic expression of arc-long helix spring, and its virtual prototype. The MSC/ADAMS simulation and analysis results proved, that this kind of Dual Mass Flywheel was much more advanced than traditional torsional damper used in transmission system and it was feasible to simulate torsional damper with MSC/ADAMS torsion spring.
