某钨矿残矿回收风险控制探讨

摘    要:许多脉钨矿山随着开采深度的加大和矿山资源消耗加快,均希望通过矿柱和残留矿体的回收,以弥补资源的不足和生产能力的下降。某钨矿在残矿回收中存在的一系列问题,在这类钨矿企业中具有一定的代表性。通过采取检查表法进行风险识别,发现存在的安全隐患,采取相关控制措施,解决了该矿山存在的冒顶片帮、地表坍塌、泥石流、井下的物体打击、炸药爆炸等相关风险,使矿山资源得到更充分的利用,矿山安全水平得到提高。方法可供同类矿山解决残矿回收问题时参考。

Abstract:Remnant ore reclamation is high risk operation in the mining production. The Checklist technology is adopted for risk identification based on the complicated working mining conditions of a tungsten mine. Some major risks, such as roof fall and spalling, surface collapses, landslides, underground combat and explosive objects. This paper suggests some techniques to reduce the risks, including changing mining technology and roof monitoring to control roof fall and spalling, planning systematic filling program to prevent surface collapses, lowering waste rock piles to reduce mudslide sticking force, programming recovery layout, cutting underground combat and explosive objects. The mining safety is enhanced with full mineral resource utilization.
