换热器堵塞故障的诊断与分析

摘    要:提出了换热器的基本模型,在此基础上拟合了换热器堵塞的情况,通过以UA值的监测可以做出相应的换热器堵塞故障诊断。利用人工神经网络自学习能力强,效果好的特点,采用感知器网络对其进行了故障诊断分析。

Abstract:The basic thermodynamic model of heat exchanger is presented in this paper.Based on it an approach to the heat exchanger tube fouling is developed.Fault can be diagnosed through continuously monitoring the changes of UA.Using the strong abilities of artificial neural networks(ANN) in self-learning and mode distingguish,the fouling of heat exchanger is identified through the Perception ANN model.
