摘    要:通过试验对A和B两类无氯助磨剂的助磨效果进行了系统的研究。利用红外光谱对助磨剂的结构及性质进行了分析,并利用SEM对掺加B类助磨剂的水泥颗粒进行了形貌观察。研究结果表明:含有聚合醇功能基团的助磨剂一般都具有良好的助磨效果,当掺入量为0.03%~0.10%,普通硅酸盐水泥的筛余值由4.5%降低到3.7%,比表面积由325m^2/kg增加到347m^2/kg;加入该类助磨剂还可以改善水泥的颗粒组成,特别是提高了3-30μm的细颗粒含量。

Abstract:The effect of type A and type B grinding aids without chlorine on cement grinding was tested. The structure and characteristic of grinding aids were analyzed by IR, and the appearance of cement particle mixed with of grinding aids B by SEM. The results showed that the grinding aids contained polyalcohol had excellent effect. When the mixing amount was 0.03%-0.1%, the 80μm sieve residues of ordinary Portland cement decreased from 4.5% to 3.7%, and specific surface area increased from 325m^2/kg to 347m^2/kg. This kind of grinding aids could improve cement particle composition, especially the content of 3-30μm fine particles.
