耐冲刷、长效聚季铵型阳离子粘土稳定剂的研制

以环氧氯丙烷、二甲胺为原料,采用亚硫酸氢钠、过硫酸铵引发体系,反应温度为65℃,反应时间为5h,聚合合成聚季铵型阳离子黏土稳定剂。通过静态膨胀实验、岩屑回收率实验、膨润土防膨稳定性、配伍性评价了的性能并对其作用机理进行了研究,结果表明1%的粘土稳定剂溶液离心法测得防膨率大于88%,与地层水配伍性好,具有耐冲刷、长效的优点。与KCl复配既可以达到较好的防膨效果又可以节约经济成本。
