摘    要:以环氧氯丙烷、二甲胺为原料,采用亚硫酸氢钠、过硫酸铵引发体系,反应温度为65℃,反应时间为5h,聚合合成聚季铵型阳离子黏土稳定剂。通过静态膨胀实验、岩屑回收率实验、膨润土防膨稳定性、配伍性评价了的性能并对其作用机理进行了研究,结果表明1%的粘土稳定剂溶液离心法测得防膨率大于88%,与地层水配伍性好,具有耐冲刷、长效的优点。与KCl复配既可以达到较好的防膨效果又可以节约经济成本。

Abstract:Take the epichlorohydrine,the dimethylamine as raw materials,uses the sodium bisulfite,the ammonium persulfate initiation system,the reaction temperature for 65℃,the reaction time is 5h,the polymerization synthesis gathers the quaternary ammonium positive ion clay stabilizer.Through the static inflation experiment,the rock debris returns-ratio experiment,the bentonite against swollened the stability,the compatibility have appraised the performance and to its action mechanism have conducted the research,finally indicated that this medicinal preparation centrifuge process obtained 1% clay stabilizer solution against swollening rate to be bigger than 88%, was good with the formation water compatibility,against swollened the performance to be good,has bears the washout,the persistent effect merit.Duplicate matches with KCl both may achieve well against swollens the effect and to be possible to save the economic cost.
