纤维素酶预处理对马尾松TMP磨浆性能的影响

摘    要:马尾松TMP一段磨浆后用纤维素酶N476对浆料处理,再进行二段磨浆,研究酶用量和处理时间对其磨浆性能、纸张强度性能及纤维特性的影响。结果表明,适度的纤维素酶预处理能够改善纸浆的磨浆性能和强度性能。

Abstract:Cellulase N476 was used to pretreat masson thermomechanical pulp which was obtained from the first refiner. e effect of enzyme dosage and pretreatment time on the refining properties and strength properties was studied, and the effect on the fiber properties was also discussed. e results showed that the suitable pretreatment of cellulase can improve the refining properties and physical strength properties of masson thermomechanical pulp.
