基于单极性倍频SPWM调制的逆变电源系统研究

摘    要:针对大功率条件下开关频率不能过高的问题,在传统三环控制基础上,采用单极性倍频SPWM波调制方式,使逆变器在开关频率较低的条件下,输出电压波形畸变率满足指定要求.在介绍其调制原理的基础上,利用Matlab/Simulink建立该系统仿真模型,并通过实验验证.结果表明,该方法能够有效地降低输出波形的THD.

Abstract:Unipolar & frequency multiplication SPWM is used in traditional of three loop control to improve the problem of voltage waveform distortion under the condition of low switch frequency and high power inverter power supply, the inverter power supply can make the THD up to meet the demand under lower switch frequency. The modulation principle is introduced; and the simulation result by Matlab/Simulink indicates that, this method can reduce the THD of output voltage.
