| 摘 要： | EPC模式是国际广泛采用的一种工程承包模式,也是我国承包商在国际工程承包市场做大做强所必须面对和熟悉的一种承包模式。针对我国承包商在EPC项目合同管理方面的薄弱环节,文章结合GN-POC项目对大型EPC项目的合同文件及其风险分析做了一些初步探讨。

| Abstract: | EPC contracting mode is widely adopted in the field of oversea construction,while Chinese contractors have to face and get familiar with such a contracting mode to enable further development in the oversea construction market.In view of the weak points of Chinese contractors＇ contract management for EPC project,this article hereby investigates the constitution of the EPC contract documents and their related risks. |
