航空发动机转速传感器调理电路设计与仿真

摘    要:在航空发动机数控系统中,转速传感器所测得的转子转速信号往往不能直接被电子控制器所接收,需要进行信号的调理.本文依据航空发动机转速传感器的测量原理,并结合航空发动机的特殊要求,设计了一种磁电式转速传感器的信号调理电路,并利用一种最新款的电路仿真软件PROTEL DXP对其进行了仿真.该仿真方法简单方便,用户界面友好,易于操作实现,同时也节约了设计成本.仿真结果表明,所设计的电路能满足航空发动机转速信号调理的要求,精度高,有较高的实用价值.

Abstract:In the aero-engine digital control system,the signal of rotor speed measured by rotor speed sensor can not be processed by electronic controller before modulated. Combined with the measuring principle of rotor speed sensor and the characteristics of aero-engine systems,a rotor speed sensor modulation circuit is designed. Then the simulation of the circuit is performed by the advanced circuit simulation software,PROTEL DXP,which provides an economical way,a friend interface,and the facility to operate. The result of simulation indicates that the designed circuit could meet the requirements of the practical aero-engine system with high accuracy and practical value.
