| 摘 要： | 为满足PTCR生产中老化特性测试的要求，研制了多工位PTCR老化特性测试仪。采用单片机、PLD及各种外围接口电路，实现各个工位的先通先断，从而保证各个工位通断时间满足测试要求，具有自动过电流保护，保证了PTCR老化性能的准确、高效测试。

| Abstract: | In order to satisfy the requirement of the PTCR ageing characteristics test in production,a multiple channel automated ageing characteristics tester is developed for PTCR thermistors.This instrument adopts a single chip microcomputer,PLD and various peripheral interface circuits for achieving the first on/first off,thus keeping the on/off time of each measuring channel satisfying the test requirement.Each measuring channel is provided with an over current protection circuit.All of these can guarantee the accurate and proficient test of the PTCR ageing characteristics. |
