硅藻土改性沥青低温性能的研究

摘    要:硅藻土改性沥青可提高路面的高温抗车辙性、抗水损害性、低温抗裂性和抗老化性能,具有较高的性价比.研究的主要内容包括:a)制备硅藻土改性沥青并用星点设计的方法确定最佳硅藻土掺量.b)通过长白硅藻土混合料的低温压缩试验和导热系数试验来评价其低温性能.c)通过反映沥青流变性能的DMA试验来评价其高低温性能.研究结果表明硅藻土改性沥青有好于基质沥青的高低温性能.用弯曲应变能评价硅藻土改性沥青混合料的低温性能,用DMA试验来评价硅藻土改性沥青的高低温性能比较合理.

Abstract:Diatomite modified asphalt is a late-model modified asphalt which has been sprung up in recent years. The anti-track performance under high-temperature,the anti-water-damage performance, the crack resistance under low-temperature and the ageing resistance performance were improved. With high benefit/cost ratio,the pavement can be extended around the country. But until now, there isn't the appropriate index and method in the research on its low temperature performance. This research contents: (1) prepared the diatomite modified asphalt and confirming the best proportion of the diatomite by the star point design; (2) evaluated the low temperature performance of the diatomite modified asphalt mixture by the pressing test at low temperature and conducting heat coefficient test; (3) evaluated the high and low temperature performance of the diatomite modified asphalt by the DMA test which reflects the flowing performance. The high and low temperature performance of diatomite modified asphalt was better than that of basic asphalt. It is reasonable to evaluate the low temperature performance of diatomite modified asphalt mix with the compression strain energy and to e valuate the high and low temperature performance of diatomite modified asphalt by the DMA test. There is good directive meaning for the application of diatomite modified asphalt pavement in cold regions.
