考虑残余应力影响冷弯薄壁型钢轴心压杆整体稳定的计算方法

摘    要:根据冷弯薄壁型钢构件残余应力分布特点,以卷边角钢75×75×20×2.5为例,探讨了用有效面积法,计算残余应力对冷弯薄壁型钢轴心受压构件整体稳定的影响,并且将此方法和试验结果与《冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范》(GBJ18—87)所采用的方法进行了对比分析,证实有效面积法是可行的,并提出了完善规范的建议。

Abstract:Based on the residual stress distributions of cole-bending thin-wall dshaped steel members and the example of hemming angle steel 75×75×20×2.5, the author of the paper studied the influence of the effective area method for caludating the asidual stress on the whole stability of the axle centre pressure members of cod-bending thin-wall shaped sted.This method is compared with the test adult and the technical code GBJ18-87 of the state thin-wall shaped steel, and is proved practicable to engineering.Some sugutior for improving the code has been put forward.
