提高车床闭环控制系统的软件可用性的研究

摘    要:分析了控制系统软件的可用性。针对CK-Ⅰ型车床闭环控制系统,提出了几种提高软件可用性的措施,包括数字信号的输入与输出、CPU的抗干扰、CPU自带计数器的使用、关键数据的恢复以及Intel 8253计数器计数值的读取等。实践表明,这些软件措施简单易行、经济实用,提高了控制系统的可用性。

Abstract:The software availability of a control system is analyzed.For model CK-I closed-loop control system of lathe,several kinds of measures for improving software availability are presented,which include the input and output of digital signal,the anti-interference of CPU,the usage of counters of CPU,the restoration of crucial data and the counting value reading of Intel 8253.The practice shows that these software measures are simple,economical and practical,and the availability of the control system is improved.
