注浆岩石锚杆锚固机理影响因素分析

摘    要:为了进一步研究隧洞等地下工程中锚杆支护锚固机理,根据微段锚杆的受力平衡以及载荷传递机理建立了锚杆的载荷传递微分方程,同时根据隧道围岩安装锚杆前后的应变变形建立了锚杆的轴向载荷传递方程,结合圆形隧洞围岩的径向变形方程,推导了理想弹塑性围岩中注浆岩石锚杆的轴向应力的计算模型,以及锚固段与围岩体界面之间摩阻力的计算模型。通过分析锚杆应力的分布特征以及影响应力分布趋势和大小的因素,得到了影响其锚固效应的因素是锚杆的安装施工时机、围岩的力学特性以及锚杆的长度等。

Abstract:further find out the reinforcement mechanism of bolt supporting of tunnel,the bolt's load transfer differential equation has been established according to the stress equilibrium in a small section of bolt and load transfer mechanics.Meanwhile,based on the rock mass deformation before and after bolt assembling,the rock bolt's load transfer equation has gained.In combination with the radial deformation of tunnel wall rock mass,the computing model for axial stress of grouting rock bolt in the ideal plastic rocks is induced,and the calculation model for the frictional resistance between the anchoring section and the rock interface is erected.Through analyzing the distribution of bolt stress and factors of affecting the stress distribution and size,it is concluded that the factors that affect the anchoring are the occasion of bolt installation and construction,the mechanical properties of rock,and the length of bolt.
