液-液水力旋流器的模拟试验

摘    要:液-液水力旋流器是一种新型的油水分离器。主要是由旋流腔、收缩腔、尾维、尾管和溢流管组成,分离机理为离心沉降。用有机玻璃制成的液-液水力旋流器的模拟试验结果表明,其分离效率与污水中的含油浓度无关,而随进口流量的增大而增大;当液-液水力旋流器的几何结构确定以后,进口流量随进口压力增大而增大。用计算机仿真与用激光实测所得的水力旋流器内的流场分布基本吻合,故其可作为样机设计的理论指导。液-液水力旋流器具有分离效率高、处理量大、重量轻、占地面积小、无运动部件、维修费用低等优点、特别适用于海洋钻井平台和边远油田的污水处理。

Abstract:Simulation test result shows that, its separating efficiency has nothing to do with the density of oil cut in sewage,as the inlet flow increases its separating efficiency increases; After its geometry shape defined,as inlet psessure increases,the inlet flow increases,The flowfield distribution in the hydraulic cyclone measured by computer simulation are basically coincided with the one measured by laser. Therefore it can be seen as the theory guide fox sample device design. Fluid-fluid hydraulic cyclone possesses many strong points, such as, high in efficiency, large in treating amount,light in weight,smaller area in take up,low in maintaining cost and no moving part etc. It especially is suitable for the use of sewage treatment at off shore platform and outlying oilfield.
