S-Zorb技术的完善及发展

摘    要:介绍了S-Zorb技术原理、工艺、特点,对现有S-Zorb工业装置开工初期出现的进料/反应产物换热器积垢、再生器内吸附剂结块、过滤器反吹阀泄漏、闭锁料斗送料管道堵塞和阀门失效等问题,分析了原因,提出了稳定汽油直接进S-Zorb装置、再生风线改造、改进滤芯文丘里管与滤芯的焊接方式、闭锁料斗增加辅助流化措施、再生系统采用贫氧操作法等措施,在燕山分公司S-Zorb装置实施后,问题得到解决。同时对新一代S-Zorb技术、吸附剂开发等提出了进一步的优化建议。

Abstract:The principles, process and characteristics of S-Zorb process are described. The causes of fouling of feed/reactant heat exchanger, caking of absorbent in regenerator, leakages of back flush valve of filters, plugging of lock hopper feed line and failure of valves were analyzed. Effective measures were proposed such as direct feeding of stabilized gasoline to S-Zorb unit, revamping of regeneration air line, improvement of welding of venture tube with filter element, provision of fluidization means for lock hopper and operation of regenerator under lean oxygen conditions. When these were implemented on S-Zorb unit in SINOPEC Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Company, all problems were solved. Improvement and optimization in development of new generation S-Zorb process and absorbent are recommended.
