摘    要:根据武器装备系统自身的特点建立故障树,在实例中运用数学方法,对建立的故障树进行定性和定量分析,计算并分析重要参数.其步骤包括:下行法求取最小割集、上行法求取最小割集、最不可靠割集的计算与分析、顶事件发生的概率和可靠度的计算、底事件的重要度的计算.结果证明,故障树分析(FTA)是一种有效的提高武器装备系统可靠性的分析方法.

Abstract:According to the self-characteristics of weapons and equipment system, establish the fault tree, for example, it uses the mathematical methods to have qualitative and quantitative analysis, calculate and analyze the important parameters on the fault tree. The steps include: use downlink law and uplink law to seek a minimal cut-set, the calculation and analysis of most unreliable cut-set, the calculation of the probability and reliability of top events and the calculation of the importance of end incident. The results proved that fault tree analysis (FTA) is an effective analytical method which improves the reliability of weaponry system.
