基于Bath/fp的300 MN水压机液压系统的仿真研究

摘    要:在新的水压机操纵控制系统中,液压系统起着非常重要的作用.为了在安装调试前了解液压系统的工作性能,并对PID参数进行了整定,本文利用了Bath/fp 软件对液压系统进行了仿真分析.通过实验证明,利用Bath/fp软件进行液压系统的仿真可以很好的模拟现场的系统,在工业系统的研究开发中有着极其重要的作用.

Abstract:The oil hydraulic system is very important in the control system of hydrostatic press. In order to know the capability of the oil hydraulic system and decide the parameters of the PID controller before the installation, a simulation of the oil hydraulic system using Bath/fp is done in this paper. The experiment proved that the simulation of the oil hydraulic system using Bath/fp could emulate the real system well and it played an important role in the research and manufacture of the industrial system.
