纤维素/不锈钢粉复合扩张床基质的制备

摘    要:针对商品化扩张床介质品种有限且密度偏低的不足,制备了一种新型纤维素/不锈钢粉复合扩张床基质.采用反相悬浮热再生法,以纤维素为基质骨架,不锈钢粉为增重剂,用纤维素包埋不锈钢粉制备复合微球扩张床基质.并考察了基质的基本理化性能和扩张性能.结果表明,所制备的扩张床基质球形度好、密度较高、亲水性强、具有大孔结构,基质粒径具有明显的正态分布,且在扩张床内呈现良好的稳定扩张,能够满足扩张床吸附的要求.与商业化介质Streamline相比,在相同的膨胀高度下,制备的扩张床基质所需流速明显提高,可适用于较高的处理量要求.

Abstract:To resolve the problems of limited variety and low density of commercial adsorbents for expanded bed adsorption, a new type of cellulose-stainless steel powder composite matrix was developed. Using the water-in-oil suspension thermal regeneration method, the composite matrix was prepared with cellulose as framework and stainless steel powder as inert weighted component. Stainless steel particles were embedded in the center of cellulose net skeleton, and some physical and hydrodynamic properties of the composite matrix were investigated systematically. The results show that the composite matrix has regular spherical appearance, relative high density, good hydrophilic ability, high porosity and suitable size distribution. The stable classified expansion of composite matrix can meet the strict demand of expanded bed adsorption. Compared with well-known commercial Streamline adsorbent, the prepared composite matrix can be used at higher flow rate to reach the same expansion factor, and result in higher throughput of expanded bed adsorption process.
