某商用车发动机悬置静刚度的计算及实验测试

摘    要:以某车用的发动机复合型橡胶悬置为研究对象,分别采用经验计算公式、有限元计算软件和实验测试,取得其三向静刚度值。对比分析这三种静刚度获取方法的相对误差,并给出误差的可能来源。但相对误差均在工程实践误差允许的范围内(<15 %),故得出用这三种求解该悬置的静刚度的方法均具有参考性的结论,其静刚度的结果均对缩短产品开发周期具有一定的价值。

Abstract:Taking a complex rubber mount of a commercial vehicle engine as a subject, three methods including empirical formulas, finite element theory and experimental test for its three dimensional static stiffnesses are used. Then relative errors of the three mehods are obtained and an explanation for their sources is given. However, the relative errors are within the allowance (<15%) in practical. Thus, as to the specific engine mount, the aforementional methods for its three dimensional static stiffnesses are accepted and will shorten the cycle of product development.
