城市轨道车辆车体横向振动的仿真

摘    要:为了研究某城市轨道车辆在轨道不平顺激励下的车体横向振动响应,并对车体振动情况做出评价。先对城轨车辆模型进行了简化并建立计算模型;然后对轨道不平顺进行了描述并将轨道不平顺的空间域功率谱转换为时频域功率谱;再利用PROE软件建立了车体的三维模型,用动力学仿真软件SIMPACK建立轮轨模型与车辆仿真模型。将轨道不平顺作为激扰函数,输入到轨道车体振动系统仿真模型中,从而得出车体的横向振动响应,并对车体的横向振动特性做出评价。

Abstract:In order to know the influence of track irregularity on vehicle body lateral vibration, and evaluate the situation of vehicle body vibration. At first, the urban vehicle model was simplified and established. Then the track irregularity was described and the track power spectrum in space domain was transferred into the spectrum in time-frequency domain. The 3D model of a vehicle body was established with PROE software, and then wheel-rail model was obtained with SIMPACK. Finally, the train simulation model was produced in SIMPACK. With the height irregularity as excitation function, the lateral vibration response of the vehicle body was computed. Referring the standard of lateral stability in our country, the lateral performance of vehicle body was evaluated.
