多桩锤同步振动系统及同步控制策略研究

摘    要:随着桩径越来越大,桩长越来越长,单台振动桩锤很难达到大直径桩基施工的功率要求,多锤联动同步振动是解决这一问题的有效方法。对多锤同步振动控制的基本原理与实现方法作了分析和探讨,在此基础上设计了基于现场总线的同步控制系统,构建了一个开放的分布式控制网络。考虑振动桩锤的工作特点和机械特性,制定了速度同步与相位同步的控制策略。仿真分析和实验均表明,设计的同步控制器响应速度快,鲁棒性强,稳定性好;这种通过现场总线互连的多锤联动系统能较好地实现同步振动,速度差与相位差均能满足工程要求

Abstract:Along with the development of structural construction,piles tend to be of bigger diameter and longer length,a single vibration hammer is difficult to meet the power requirement of striking lagre-diameter piles and synchronous vibration control of multiple vibrating hammers is an effective method to solve the problem.The basis principles of synchronous vibration control and corresponding methods were introduced.Synchronous control system based on field bus was designed,and an open distributed control network was built.Considering the working characteristics and mechanical properties of vibrating pile hammer,speed and phase synchronization controller was designed.The simulation research and experimental results show that the control method is effective with rapid response speed,strong robustness and good stability,and synchronous vibration of multiple vibrating pile hammers is achieved with the assistance of controller network,the velocity and phase differences between are able to satisfy engineering demands.
