摘    要:利用声级计判定噪声是否符合出厂噪音标准,是目前国内大部分齿轮厂所采用的方法,然而部分通过噪声检测的产品仍被整车厂反馈噪声“太大”,这就说明现有的噪声评价指标存在缺项。以广东某齿轮厂生产的汽车后桥齿轮为噪声源,采集其稳态运行情况下的噪声作为研究对象,选用等级评分法以及Artemis专业声品质软件进行噪声的主客观评价和相关性分析,得出声压级和响度是评价微型汽车后桥齿轮噪声的主要评价指标,并建立齿轮噪声声品质评价模型,然后通过编写软件,实现计权声压级和响度值的客观计算与分析。

Abstract:Noise sound level meter to determine whether the use of factory noise, most gear plant is currently the method used, but some noise detection products by OEMs feedback noise is still "too big", which describes the existing noise evaluation there are missing items index. In this paper, the gear plant in Guangdong, a car rear axle gear noise source, collected under the steady-state operation of the noise as the object of study, the use of scoring method used and the subjective and objective evaluation of Artemis and the noise correlation,come to evaluate the sound pressure level and loudness mini car major rear axle gear noise evaluation, and the establishment of a gear noise, sound quality evaluation model, and then by writing software to achieve a value-weighted sound pressure level and loudness calculation and analysis .
