ARM与DSP接口的通信设计

摘    要:在许多硬件系统设计中,广泛采用了主机 DSP的方式.其中主机与DSP之间如何进行有效的通信就显得尤其的重要.本文以SAMSUNG公司的ARM7芯片S3C44B0X和TI公司的TMS320C6701 DSP芯片为例.讲述ARM芯片通过HPI(Host port Interface)接口与DsP通信的接口技术.给出了硬件连接方案和其驱动程序的部分关键源代码.

Abstract:In the design of many hardware systems, the way of host computer + DSP is widely adopted. Therefore, how to carry out effective communication between the host computer and DSP becomes very important. This paper introduces the design of the interface between ARM and DSP using HPI interface with ARM7 chip S3C44B0X from SAMSUNG corporation and TMS320C6701 from TI corporation as an example. It also presents the driver based on uCLinux and the hardware joins.
