车牌定位的研究与实现

针对车牌定位中存在的由于光线不足、环境恶劣、车牌背景复杂、车牌磨损等干扰因素导致的定位不准、车牌模糊等问题,提出一种有效的快速定位方法。该方法将图像预割和双边滤波用于车牌定位的预处理中,提高图片质量。然后对处理后的图像进行边缘检测,最后通过线扫描定位车牌。实验证明该方法能够准确快速的定位车牌。
