摘    要:在油田生产中,油水分离是原油加工中极为重要的环节。而从原油进入联合站以后,要经过诸如沉降、脱水等处理过程,原油达到含水率标准((0.5%)后,最后送到成品油储罐。在整个过程中,都需要进行油水界面的测量。油水界面控制是分离效果的关键,同时油水界面的准确监测对油品的含水率、污水回收及处理成本都是极为关键的。沉降罐的油水界面检测与控制技术种类繁多,本文主要介绍CDBY油水双液位测量技术基本原理,主要特点及现场应用效果。

Abstract:In oil production process,the oil-water separator is very important in the link of treating crude oil.And from crude oil into the station,such as through settlement,dehydration process,the moisture content of crude hit a standard(0.5%),finally to oil tank.In the whole process,all need for water-oil interfacial measurement.Water-oil interfacial control is the key,and separation effect of accurate monitoring water interface of the oil and water, sewage treatment costs are crucial.As there are various settlement cans of water-oil interfacial test and control technology,this paper mainly introduces the CDBY oil-water double level measurement technology,basic principle and main characteristics and application effect.
