| 摘 要： | 检验医学干化学分析技术是临床检验未来发展的热门方向,它集当代化学、光学、酶学、化学计量和计算机技术于一体,并已作为定量分析法达到常规湿化学法的测定水平。本文将从干化学试纸的研究进展及干化学分析仪在临床检验的应用,结合干化学质量控制,对检验医学干化学分析技术进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | The dry chemistry technology will be one of the most interesting research focuses in clinical laboratory science in the near future. Being a combination of chemistry, optics, enzymology, chemometrics and computer science, dry che mistry technology has already been a powerful diagnostic tool in clinical laboratory. In the present review we will briefly outline the character of dry chemistry techniques currently used in the clinical laboratory, introduce the principle, structure and functions of multiple - player-film, and describe the quality control of the technique in detail. |
