旋流器轴向压降变化规律及影响因素实验研究

摘    要:采用在旋流管管身轴线方向布置测点的方法 ,对旋流器轴向压降变化规律进行了实验研究。实验发现 ,旋流管的压降比PDR与分流比Rf 之间的关系仅与旋流管结构尺寸有关 ,不随入口流量变化而改变。在旋流器主体尺寸、溢流孔直径确定的情况下 ,入口流量保持一定时 ,旋流管沿轴线上各点的压降Δpn随着分流比减小而增加 ,且与底流口压力相比 ,旋流管中间点上的压力对分流比的变化比较敏感。分流比下降 ,旋流管内旋流的角动量增大。对于确定的分流比 ,沿轴线各测点处的压降与入口到底流口之间的压降之比Δpn/Δpu 不随无量纲溢流孔径Do/D的变化而变化。

Abstract:The change law of the pressure drop along a hydrocyclone was investigated in the laboratory. It has been found that the inlet flow rate of a hydrocyclone does not affect the relationship between the pressure drop ratio (PDR) and the split ratio (R f). At certain inlet flow rate the pressure drop from the inlet to some points along the cyclone axis (ΔΡ n) will increase with the decrease of R f. And the pressure measured at the points along the cyclone axis is more sensitive to the change of R f than the underflow pressure. At certain split ratio, the ratio of ΔΡ n and ΔΡ u(the pressure drop from the inlet to the outlet) is independent of the dimensionless over flow diameter D 0/D.
