应用尺寸链概念解决零部件尺寸的合理标注问题

零件制造时．应根据图样上的尺寸进行加工与检验。因此，零部件图样上标注尺寸除应满足“正确、完整、清晰”外，还应做到合理。所谓合理是指标注尺寸应满足结构设计要求、工艺要求。也就是说既要满足零件在机器中的功能要求，又能满足零件制造、加工、测量和检验的要求。着重阐述了应用尺寸链的概念来解决零部件尺寸的合理标注问题。

Solution to the Problem of Reasonable Dimensioning Parts by Means of Dimension Chain

When making a part, it is necessary to manufacture and examine it according to the dimensions on the drawing.Therefore,dimensioning on a drawing should not only be the so-called proper dimensioning but meet the needs of the functions of the machine in which the part is fitted, and the requirements of machining, measuring and examining as well. The paper mainly solves the problem of reasonable dimensioning parts with the help of the concept of dimension chain.
