摘    要:42年前有人发现电网调度遥测数据中有坏数据,并提出用状态估计加以剔除,但至今坏数据依然存在。在复现电网调度和用电遥测数据错误的实验基础上,研究坏数据的产生机理,指出遥测数据中混入暂态数据、时钟不同步和轮询频率太慢产生的混频错误是产生坏数据的根由;提出连续物理量的遥测处理方法,将其应用于用电信息系统和电力调度,消除了坏数据并提高遥测数据精度,说明所提出的处理方法可以为智能电网的用电和调度奠定准确的遥测数据基础。

Abstract:42 years ago, it was found there exist error data in electric SCADA, and these bad data should be eliminated with state estimations, but they have been there untill now. Making lab experiments that reiterate error data, this paper analyzes the mechanism of their production, pointing out that they come from where transient values mexed in telemetry data, clocks being asynchronous, and aliases due to too slow re-sampling frequency. The paper presents a processing method for remotely measurement of continuous physicals, and applies it to AMI and EMS to eliminate the error and inprove the accuracy of telemetry data, and it proves that the proposed method can provide an accurate telemetry data base for the AMI and EMS in smart grid.
