| 摘 要： | 以鱼腥草、绿茶为主要原料,添加适当的白砂糖及其他原辅料,研制出口感优良、营养丰富、风味独特、质量稳定的鱼腥草绿茶保健饮料.通过试验探讨了鱼腥草汁的脱腥方法,得出鱼腥草汁与绿茶汁为1:2时脱腥效果最好,并通过3因素3水平正交试验得到饮料的最佳配方为鱼腥草汁10%、绿茶汁20%、白砂糖8%、柠檬酸0.2%.
