含Cu~(2+)云母的结构特性研究

摘    要:含Cu~(2+)云母K_(1.66)Ba_(0.17)[Mg_5-_xCu_x][Si_8V_(20)]F_4(x=0~3)具有2M_1多型,在这种人工合成的新型云母中,CU—Mg类质同象取代对其晶体结构有影响。随着Cu含量的增加,晶胞参数b增大,β减小,反映在其粉晶衍射图上的d_(060)值增大。引起这些变化的原因是由于阳离子半径增大而导致了云母晶体结构中配位八面体的变形。

Abstract:The synthetized mica K_(1.66)Ba_(0.17);[Mg_(5-x)Cu_x][Si_8O_(20)]F_4(x=0-3) has the 2M_1polymorph, in which Cu-Mg isomorphic substitution has the influence upon its crystal struc-ture. The cell parameter b increases and decreases linearly with dependence on the increase of the Cu-content, which causes the increase of d_(060) value on the X-ray powder diffractionspectrum. The reason for these changes is the deformation of the coordinate octahedron in thecrystal structure of the mica because of the increase of the positive ion radius.
