摘    要:城市地下工程临近已有建筑物施工中,既有建(构)筑物的结构安全已成为关注的重要问题之一。有效控制既有建(构)筑物的变形成了设计和施工中考虑的重点。本文以上海外滩通道工程上穿运营中的延安东路隧道为背景,采用三维数值分析的方法,评价上方卸载对近距离既有隧道的影响,并分析比较了采用不同施工措施情况下既有隧道的变形量,为设计和施工提供有益的参考。
