小浪底水库运用初期黄河下游河道冲淤变化预估分析

摘    要:利用黄河下游一维泥沙冲淤数学模型,对两个均为15年的小浪底出库不同设计水沙系列进行预估计算,结果表明:两个系列铁谢-利津河段皆呈冲刷状态,15年累计冲刷泥沙总量分别为6.012亿t和0.716亿t。分析得出,在今后小浪底水库调水调沙初期运用过程中,若充分考虑黄河下游河道特别是山东河道的输沙能力,利用水库的调节库容,对水沙进行有效的控制和调节,使不适应的水沙过程尽可能协调,以便于泥沙在下游河道中顺利输送,从而减轻下游河道的淤积,甚至达到不淤或冲刷的效果,努力实现下游河床不抬高的目标。

Abstract:By using mathematical model,the sedimentation in the Lower Yellow River after Xiaolangdi Reservoir operation is simulated for the two 15-year flow and sediment series.The simulation shows the accumulative sedimentations in the Lower Yellow River for the two series are-601.2 million tons and-76.6 million tons respectively.This result indicates that it is possible to maintain the downstream channel bed no rising even some erosion if compatible flow and sediment combination can be obtained by proper operation of Xiaolangdi Reservoir.
