| Abstract: | With the membrane separation technique, aloe gel may be divided into three parts: aloe water, aloin-rich concentrate and aloe polysaccharide-rich concentrate. Aloe water may be used in drinks, aloin concentrate may be used as medicinal ma- terials, aloe polysaccharide concentrate may be used as food and cosmetic additives. |
