煤炭干法分选技术应用场景及展望

在国家政策引领与行业推动下,我国干法选煤技术的研发能力和装备制造水平已达国际领先水平,干法选煤技术在动力煤全粒级入选、预排矸、末煤干选、低质煤提质及干湿工艺结合等方面得到成功应用;展望未来,争取更多的国家政策支持,促进干法选煤技术的快速迭代升级,科学运用干法与湿法组合工艺,实现选煤厂的"高效、绿色、智能"发展.

Application and prospect of dry coal separation technology

The research and development capacity and equipment manufacturing level of China’s dry coal separation technology has already reached the world’s leading level,and the country and industry also increases the support for dry coal separation technology.In this paper,the authors describes the successful application of dry coal separation in the aspects of whole-grain coal,pre-gangue discharge,dry separation of slack coal,upgrading of low quality coal and the combination of dry separation and wet separation technology.The paper also puts forward that more efforts should be made in process exploration and standardization construction of dry coal separation in the future development.In order to promote the healthy development of dry coal separation,the industry should strive for the support of national policy,apply the process of combining dry and wet separation,and build modern large-scale dry coal separation demonstration plant.
