摘    要:针对船用二级调压阀空化问题,建立流域瞬态仿真模型,结合Singhal空化模型和标准k-ε湍流模型对调压阀流体空化现象进行数值模拟,通过流场气体体积分数分析,得出了流体空化强度及分布形态的演变规律,通过流体速度场和压力场分析,阐明了空化演变过程调压阀流场特性,进而研究了开度、流量和背压对调压阀流体空化现象的影响规律.结果...

Abstract:For the cavitation of marine secondary pressure regulating valve,a flow domain transient simulation model was established.The Singhal cavitation model and the standard k-ε turbulence model were used to simulate the fluid cavitation of the pressure regulating valve.The evolution rules of intensity and distribution of cavitation were obtained and the flow field characteristics of the pressure regulating valve in cavitation evolution process were clarified.Furthermore,the influence rules of opening,flow rate and back pressure on the cavitation were studied.The results show that the effect of impinging jet produces fixed cavitation at the wall surface of orifice and spool due to the large pressure gradient and high velocity,which can reach 69.89 m/s,at the initial stage of cavitation;at the stage of cavitation development,the cavitation intensity at the wall increases,the range becomes larger,and the local gas volume fraction can reach more than 80%.At the cavitation collapse stage,the fixed cavitation tail gradually falls off under the influence of turbulence,moves downstream,and then collapses,and the local gas volume fraction decreases to 0 gradually.With the increase of the opening or back pressure of the pressure regulating valve,the cavitation intensity and the range decrease.With the increase of the flow rate,the cavitation intensity and the range increase.
