浅埋双硬煤层综放面关键设备选型配套研究

摘    要:新疆地区煤炭资源普遍存在埋藏较浅、煤层较厚、煤层与顶板较硬的特点,顶煤的冒放性较差,采放比设计及设备选型需综合考虑。文章主要探究浅埋双硬特厚煤层综放面的合理采放比设计以及关键装备选型配套方案,以榆树岭煤矿110501综放工作面为工程案例,首先进行工程类比,然后使用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对不同采高条件下采场塑性区及垂直应力分布规律进行研究,针对不同采高顶煤的冒放性及煤帮片帮破坏特征分析,优化设计综放面采放比;并结合榆树岭煤矿110501工作面具体参数,采用理论计算和三机配套原则进行一系列计算,选取合适的设备,为类似条件下双硬特厚煤层综放面采放比设计及关键装备选型配套方案提供参考。

Abstract:The coal resources in Xinjiang are generally shallow buried,thick coal seam,hard coal seam and roof.The caving and caving property of top coal is poor.This paper mainly probes into the rational design of mining-caving ratio and the matching scheme of key equipment selection for fully-mechanized caving face in shallow-buried double hard and extra-thick seam,then,using FLAC3D numerical simulation software,the plastic zone and vertical stress distribution of stope under different mining heights are studied,and the characteristics of caving and caving of top coal with different mining heights and failure of rib spalling are analyzed,combining with the specific parameters of 110501 working face in Yushuling Coal Mine,a series of calculations are carried out by using theoretical calculation and matching principle of three machines,and suitable equipment is selected,it provides a reference for the design of fully-mechanized mining-caving ratio and the matching scheme of key equipment selection in double hard and extra thick coal seam under similar conditions.
