基于双碳目标的焦化化产回收全流程模拟与分析

摘    要:在国家对碳达峰碳中和政策强力推进的背景下,焦化行业作为碳排放的重点来源,迫切需要进行节能减碳技术优化。以工业数据为基础,通过Aspen Plus模拟软件,建立了300万t/a焦化厂全流程模型,对传统焦化化产回收工艺和能量流焦化化产回收工艺进行全流程模拟。模拟结果显示,相对于传统工艺,能量流工艺循环冷却水、低温冷却水、低压蒸汽、管式炉煤气消耗分别减少了11.55%、9.35%、56.12%、12.97%;能量效率和火用]效率分别提升了1.41个百分点、0.66个百分点,CO2排放减少101868.29 t/a,若焦化行业全部进行能量流工艺优化,年可减少CO2排放1600万t,整个焦化行业碳排放降低8.60%。

Abstract:Under the background of strong promotion of the national policy in peak emission and carbon neutralization,the coking industry,as a key source of carbon emissions,urgently needs the optimization of energy-saving and carbon-reduction technology.Based on industrial data,a 3 million t/a coking plant whole process model was established through Aspen Plus simulation software,and the full-process simulation of the traditional coking chemical recovery process and the energy flow coking chemical recovery process was carried out.The simulation results showed that,compared with the traditional process,the consumption of circulating cooling water,low-temperature cooling water,low-pressure steam,and tubular furnace gas in the energy flow process was reduced by 11.55%,9.35%,56.12%,and 12.97%respectively.The energy efficiency and exergy efficiency were improved by 1.41 percentage points and 0.66 percentage points respectively,and CO2 emission was reduced by 101868.29 t/a.If the energy flow process optimization could be carried out for the whole coking industry,the CO2 emission could be reduced by 16 million tons,lowering the carbon emission of the entire coking industry by 8.60%.
