间歇排料式浓缩旋流器的数值模拟及试验验证

摘    要:针对普通旋流器在矿井水的浓缩分离作业过程中,由于进料浓度低造成底流浓度低,导致底流产物后续处理困难的问题,提出一种间歇排料式浓缩旋流器.在旋流器底流口处串接浓缩斗并间歇关闭安装在浓缩斗排料口处的气动阀门,增加物料在浓缩斗内的浓缩时间,提升底流浓度,所得底流产物可直接经皮带机运输.通过数值模拟和对比试验探究物料在旋流器内的沉积情况和间歇排料式浓缩旋流器的浓缩性能,利用Dynamic?Mesh技术实现数值模拟过程中边界参数的改变.模拟结果表明,随着浓缩时间的增加,浓缩斗底部物料浓度明显升高,在进料浓度为4%的情况下,间歇排料周期大致为122?s;试验结果表明,间歇排料式浓缩旋流器底流浓度为73.57%,浓缩比为18.39,与常规排料式旋流器相比分别增加28.33%和7.08,浓缩性能显著提升.

Abstract:For the problem of low underflow concentration due to low feed concentration in the process of mine water concentration and separation by using the cyclone,which makes the subsequent processing of underflow products difficult,an intermittent discharge concentration cyclone was proposed.A concentrator is connected at the bottom of the cyclone,and a pneumatic valve installed at the outlet of the concentrator is closed intermittently to increase the concentration time of the materials in the concentrator.As a result,the concentration of the bottom flow is improved and the products obtained can be transported directly through the belt conveyor.The deposition process of materials in the concentrator and its concentration performance were investigated through numerical simulation and comparative experiments.The boundary parameters were changed using the Dynamic Mesh technology in the numerical simulation.The simulated results show that the concentration of the bottom flow increases significantly with the increase of the concentration time.With a feed concentration of 4%,the intermittent discharge period needed is approximately 122s.The experimental results show that the concentration of the bottom flow and the concentration ratio using the intermittent discharge concentration cyclone are 73.57% and 18.39 respectively,28.33% and 7.08 higher than those of the conventional cyclone,verifying that the concentration performance is significantly improved.
