Discussion on Interlocking Loop Setting of Natural Gas Purification Plant

Interlocking loop is the basic functional unit of SIS to realize its safety interlocking function. Through comparative analysis of the current status of interlocking loops setting of natural gas purification devices in natural gas purification plant, it is found that there are some typical problems in the existing interlocking loop settings, such as different interlocking loop settings for the same process unit, incomplete coverage of interlocking loop settings, unreasonable interlocking loop settings, and the availability of interlocking loop settings is higher than safety considerations for interlock loop setting. Aiming at above problems, through the analysis and study and generalization and summarization of the design, operation, management, operation and maintenance for the plant, suggestions to solve the interlocking loop settings problem of natural gas purification plant are put forward.
