基于DSP的PWM移相控制在感应加热电源中的应用

摘    要:针对线路中存在寄生电感,重点研究了单相全桥逆变器的感应加热电源逆变器,以32位数字信号处理器TMS320C2812为控制核心,设计采用PWM的移相控制方式电路,分析了脉宽调制、死区及死区的产生、感应加热电源逆变器选择。系统经仿真,满足了设计要求。

Abstract:For line for the existence of parasitic inductance,the induction heating power inverter of the single-phase full-bridge inverter is designed mainly,is as the control core of 32-bit digital signal processor TMS320C2812,adopts phase-shifted PWM control circuit.The PWM(Pulse Width Modulation),dead zone and the generation of dead zone,and the option of induction heating power inverter is analyzed.The system by simulation meets the design requirements.
