摘    要:本论文结合废弃电路板中金属和非金属在密度方面存有较大差异的特点,提出采用简单有效、运行费用低、分选效果好的变径水介质分选床新设备和新工艺对其分选。研究表明:在只考虑金属的回收率的优化方案中,回收率的最大值可以达到92.07%;在只考虑金属品位的优化方案中,品位的最大值可以达到97.96%;在综合考虑回收率和品位的优化方案中,金属的回收率为85%左右,品位能达到92%以上。

Abstract:Based on the big difference in density between metals and nonmetals, the method of using varied diameter separation bed is proposed. The equipment and process with simplicity, low operation cost and good separation result are provided for the reutilization of the discarded PCBs. Study on the task of using varied diameter separation bed to separate the discarded PCBS has not begun at home and abroad, and the corresponding separation research is firstly made in the paper. This research indicates that the maximum recovery of the concentrate of metals is up to 92.07 % in the optimized schemes of recovery, the maximum grade of the concentrate of metals is up to 97.96 % in the optimized schemes of grade; the recovery of the concentrate of metals is about 85 % and the grade of the concentrate of metals is more than 92 % in the optimized schemes both of recovery and grade.
