| 摘 要： | 青岛海湾大桥大沽河航道桥为独塔自锚式悬索结构,钢箱梁架设采用大节段吊装施工工艺,将全桥55个小块段2.1万t钢箱梁组合成24个大节段吊装,受锚固区整幅梁段限制,还受到浮吊吊装能力、吊高、吊幅及钢箱梁吊耳设计要求等各种因素限制,对吊具要求较高。结合该桥梁段种类多、质量大、分幅梁段偏心严重、整幅梁段宽度宽等特点,提出梁索结合式吊具结构,通过调整扁担梁的位置,使吊具适应不同类型梁段的吊装要求。对青岛海湾大桥钢箱梁吊具结构进行详细介绍。
