清江梯级水电站实时负荷分配模型研究

摘    要:本文提出两种梯级水电站实时负荷分配模型,模型Ⅰ根据站间和厂内水量电力平衡分配站间负荷,检验站间联合躲避不可调控区和防止负荷大规模转移等约束满足情况并制定开停机策略,以梯级电站水位能消耗最少为目标调整初始分配继而实现厂内经济运行;模型Ⅱ根据聚合分解思想将梯级水电站系统分为若干组对偶子系统,每组对偶系统聚合为虚拟电站直接以...
