| 摘 要： | 通过对我国建筑业工业化模式的分析,得出共生模式是通过技术手段和管理模式来扩大生态效益,达到经济效益与生态效益的兼顾。结合我国施工模式的发展历程,分析了由传统施工、文明施工、绿色施工和和谐施工模式组成的施工发展阶段。重点论述了绿色施工和和谐施工的具体内涵,并指出绿色施工是我国现阶段施工的主要模式,和谐施工必然是绿色施工的发展方向。
