环保型钻井液的研究现状

摘    要:钻井液在钻井过程中起着不可缺少的重要作用,然而随着勘探与开发的油井不断增加,废钻井液污染环境的问题日趋严峻。因此,国内外钻井工作者已经开始研究及开发新型环保钻井液体系,如甘油钻井液体系、烷基葡萄糖苷钻井液体系、硅酸盐钻井液体系、甲酸盐钻井液体系、合成基钻井液体系、聚合醇钻井液体系、化肥钻井液体系、有机盐钻井液体系等。对各种环保型钻井液的特点进行了分析,并对其发展方向进行了预测和探讨。

Abstract:In the process of drilling, drilling fluids play an indispensable role. With the rapid development of petroleum industry, the scrap drilling fluids produced by more and more oil well polluted environment seriously. In order to meet the needs of environment, some new drilling fluid systems for environmental protection such as glycerine drilling fluid, alkyl - glucoside drilling fluid, silicate drilling fluid, formate drilling fluid, synthetic drilling fluid, polyalcohol drilling fluid,fertilizer drilling fluid and organic salt drilling fluid system had been prepared at home and abroad. The characteristics of these environment - protecting drilling fluid systems were analyzed. The further developments of environment - protecting drilling fluid were forecasted and researched.
