摘    要:DG35-3.82/13型鼓泡床锅炉改为循环流化床锅炉后,带来了磨损、炉膛负压不能维持等问题。本文针对磨损问题,利用磨损量与烟气流速间成3.6次方比例增长的机理,将流化床中心筒至锅炉尾部的烟道进行扩容,以增大烟气流通截面积来降低烟气流速,从而达到缓解烟气流经省煤器及烟道时对这些部位的磨损程度,同时还对烟道防磨材料进行改进,达到了降低磨损,提高流化床运行周期的目的。
