薄壁钢管残余应力有限元分析

摘    要:根据热弹塑性应力理论、有限元增量理论 ,利用大型有限元软件ANSYS对直焊缝薄壁钢管进行残余应力分析 ,分析结构表明 ,焊接中心残余拉应力最大 ,截面上拉压应力交替出现 ,并与试验结果相比 ,吻合较好 ,为残余应力的理论分析提供参考。

Abstract:Based on the theory of thermal elastic\|plastic stress analysis and the increment theory of finite element,this paper analyzes the residual stress of thin steel pipe with straigth welding line,using the finite element software\|ANSYS.The studying results indicate that the largest tensile stress is at the welded line,and the tensile and compressive stresses arise by turns.The calculated results are in agreement with the experimental measurements,providing reference for the theoretic analysis of residual stress.
