不饱和聚酯树脂的脆韧转变现象

摘    要:用两种形状和粒径均不同的刚性粒子和一种微凝胶为增韧剂,研究了它们对不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR)的增韧作用,首次发现UPR的脆韧转变现象。对于脆性较大的UPR,只有在采用加载速度较慢的断裂韧性来表征其韧性时,方能观察到这一脆韧转变现象。

BRITTLE- TOUGH TRANSITION IN UNSATURATED POLYESTER RESIN
Abstract:The toughening effect of two kinds of rigid particles with different shapes and sizes and a microgel on unsaturated polyester resin (UPR) was investigated, and it was the first time to have observed the brittle-tough transition in UPR. For the UPR with greater brittleness, the brittle-tough transition was observed only when the toughness of the resin was characterized by fracture toughness at a slower loading rate.
